Meet Chef Robin
My name is Robin Glembotzky. I've worked as a cook for many years. While it may be a bit of a surprise to learn I studied science, in college, you probably know that science and cooking are very similar. (after all, isn't a cake rising the result of a chemical reaction??) I returned to Colorado,in 2013, after having lived on both Coasts. There is something about Colorado that is hard to beat. Living here just promotes a feeling of wanting to eat healthy. I've had extensive experience creating healthy, nutritious meals for children of all ages. And being gluten sensitive, myself, I've learned how to prepare food that is allergy free, but still very tasty. I am excited about joining the Montessori team and ensuring that all the students receive food that aids in their growth on all levels.
