Ms. Claire - Toddler 3 Assistant GuideHi, I’m Claire Manente. I am originally from Connecticut, but moved to this beautiful state five
years ago. I am the middle child of two loving parents with an older sister and younger brother. I went to school at Salve Regina University where I majored in Social Work. My passion for working with people started well before I went to college as my very first job was at a summer day camp. I got the opportunity to work with children from just age two all the way into their teenage years. Over the last few years this passion drove me to work with young teenagers with severe special needs at a middle school. I found that by giving them the opportunity to grow with specialized assistance they were able to thrive in a setting where they normally might not. This led me to Centennial Montessori where I will now be able to give each child the attention they need and the opportunity to gain fundamental skills before they move on to grade school. It makes me very excited to get the chance to build relationships with them while building crucial life skills. When I am not spending time working, I am either taking my two mini dachshunds on walks or I am spending my time in the mountains hiking. I am very excited to get this opportunity to work with you and your children, I look forward to building connections with you all! |
