What Information Do We Collect?

The information we collect varies, depending on the way you use our Sites, products, or services. We collect and/or receive information in the ways described below.

Personal Information:

You are not required to provide any personal information to browse or access the public areas of the Sites.   • Information provided by you when inquiring about career opportunities, including information contained in any resume you upload to our Sites.

  • The last four digits of your credit card number and your bank account. Our third party payment processors will collect and store your billing address and credit card information, and we do not have access to, nor do we process, such information.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence, if you contact us, including forms you download from our Sites and submit to us via email.

Our Sites automatically collects certain information about your use of our Sites that does not personally identify you. This information includes the following:

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not rent or sell your personal information to third parties and will disclose it only in the following ways:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the School’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the School about our Sites’ users is among the assets transferred.
  • To third party service providers we use to support our business. Our third party service providers include Google Analytics, Calendly, and Brightwheel. We may share both personal information and automatically collected information with our third party service providers, as is reasonably necessary for the uses described in this Privacy Policy.
  • If required to do so by law, court order, or other legal processes, or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

We do not advertise on our Sites, however, we may advertise our products or services on Facebook and other third party websites. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. Promotional Offers from the Company.  If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by the School to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data, or by sending an email to inquiries@thecentennialmontessori.com stating your desire to opt out. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.

Analytics. We utilize Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to collect and analyze information about how visitors interact with our Sites. Calendly. Our Sites may provide you with the option to use the products and services provided by Calendly. Brightwheel. We operate a secure parent portal service provided by Brightwheel. We require Brightwheel to limit their use of personal information and protect your data. This Privacy Policy shall control the information collected and stored inside the parent portal. If you do not wish to have your information processed within the parent portal, you may contact us at the address provided at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. However, this request may result in the deletion of your account or otherwise limit your access.

Colorado Privacy Rights

Right of access:  You may request details about your personal information that we hold.

Right of correction: You may request to edit and update inaccurate personal information, and we will comply with your request.

Right to deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information. It may be that case that we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account or otherwise ending the provision of our services. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Right to data portability: At your request, we will provide you free of charge with your personal information, and to the extent technically feasible, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Right to Opt-Out. You have the right under Colorado law to opt-out of (i) the processing of personal information for the purposes of targeted advertising, (ii) the sale of personal information, and/or (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce a legal or similarly significant effect. We do not engage in any of these activities, and therefore this Privacy Policy does not provide for an opt-out method. Children Under 13

Our Sites are not designed or intended for use by children under 13 and we do not collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems. Please note that certain features of our Sites allow for the posting of testimonials, photos, and videos. If you are posting any materials to our Sites, you may not post any materials showing or depicting a child unless you are either the parent and/or legal guardian of that child and authorized to post such material.
